Summer Day Camp
Gallop into Summer: Unforgettable Days of Horseback Riding Fun!
For all levels of riding - Beginner, Intermediate & Advanced Ages 7 to 16.
Whitchurch Equestrian Day Camp operates the entire summer with 9 weekly sessions.
Monday to Friday - 9 am to 4 pm daily.
The week of the August long weekend, as well as the last week of August leading into the Labour Day Weekend operate as a 4-day camp week.
Camp registration opens Wednesday January 1st at 10:00am
Camp Days!
Beginner Riders
Campers master the basic skills of English-riding independently in a safe lesson environment, while focusing on safety. Additional horsemanship activities include grooming, tacking, feeding, and horse care. Other fun fun activities round out a full day
Intermediate & Advanced Riders
Experienced riders are challenged with advanced disciplines and equestrian activities that include nutrition, show grooming, basic first aid for horses, and more! Equestrian disciplines include dressage, jumping, mounted games & musical rides.
Camp Life Includes
Campers ages 7-16 years-old.
Campers receive two 1-hour lessons per day
Fun pony game relay races, small hacks around the property and much more!
When not riding, campers learn stable management and horsemanship skills.
The rest of the day is fill with Arts & Crafts, swimming, and other games and activities.
New Summer 2025 - Tots week!
Our Tots Program is specially designed for children ages 5 to 6 (and 7-year-olds who prefer riding once daily). This program combines the thrill of horseback riding with engaging activities—all in a safe and nurturing environment.
Program Details:
Week: August 5th to 8th
Cost: $480 per week
Ages: 5–6, or 7-year-olds opting for one ride per day
