Camp Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that plans for summer can change, and emergencies do come up. Given appropriate notice we can change your booked sessions to another week.
All Cancellations must be done by email.
Cancellations before May 15: full refund of fees paid.
Cancellations after May 15: without re-booking will result in a loss of deposit $100 (plus HST).
Cancellations after June 15th without rebooking: will be charged 50% of fees.
Cancellations After June 30th without rebooking: Not eligible for refund, except for medical reasons (exceptions apply)
Cancellation of your camp session initiated by Whitchurch Equestrian Camp, public health, the government of Ontario, or other governing body prior to your arrival at camp and where we cannot accommodate you in another session that is acceptable to you: Full refund of fees paid less an admin fee of $100 (plus HST) per camper, per week of camp.
